At PaperChaser, every piece is crafted with care. Since our first drop is made-to-order (pre-order), all sales are final.

We only accept returns or exchanges if:

• The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@paperchaserofficial.com with your order number and photos of the issue, and our team will make it right.
